VISITATION INFORMATION (directions below)

Selecting the proper day camp for your child is an important decision. We encourage you to read through our Web page, receive all of our literature, check our references and then take the final step to come on out to visit us. At ARROWHEAD we do not offer any type of official open house day or weekend. Because of our sincere commitment to each family, we offer an "anytime" open house policy – anytime it is convenient for you! Open 7 days a week, we invite you to pick a nice day and come on out to see us – no appointment necessary regardless of the time of year. We will spend as much time as necessary to address all of your concerns.

We at ARROWHEAD believe it is very important that you visit any camp that you have interest in attending along with speaking personally to its directors. It is because of this belief that we open our camp up to visitation at the parents convenience.

We are very much aware that other camps offer formal Open Houses often times including entertainment, rides, food etc. It is our strong belief that our method is better - consider:

 • CONVENIENCE - we are all very busy juggling our schedules between work and play. Suppose a camp's official open house date does not conform to your schedule? Or - suppose that the weather on that particular day is not conducive for touring or, even worse, it causes a cancellation or postponement? ARROWHEAD wants to meet you on your terms - when it is convenient and the weather is cooperative.

 • ATTENTION - how much time can a director or other staff member spend with each prospective parent if the attendance at the Open House is large? Because you select the date and time that you wish to visit, we can guarantee you our undivided attention to answer all of your concerns. We will take whatever time you deem necessary to personally discuss any matters on your mind.

Of course the kids might think it's neat to see clowns, performers and the like; however, other than its entertainment value, we fail to see the relation to your child's summer experience. We are very proud of our facilities and confident that our way of introducing ourselves to your family is the best way to decide which camp is right for your child!

We offer the following two options:

1) Should you desire a personal tour- that is- to meet with us, inspect our facilities, have all concerns answered on the spot, etc.- we are available 7 days a week by appointment only (weather permitting). Just call us in advance at (610) 353-KIDS during our business hours and we will be happy to accommodate you.

or

2) Should you wish to just take a ride (with or without the kids), pick a nice day and come on out! There is ample parking, we are easy to find, and you are free to walk the grounds at your leisure to see for yourself if ARROWHEAD is the right choice for your child!
